I will listen to the concerns of all the people in my district and bring their voices to Harrisburg.
As a lifelong advocate for the rights of workers, students, elderly, I have worked to change laws, fight for fair contracts, spotlight budget cuts that create hardships for communities and their citizens.
As an educator I understand the impact budget cuts have on school programs and college students trying to finance their education. I will advocate for better oversight of school boards to control spending and lower property taxes.
As an experienced political organizer and communications director I have been communicating the people's message to community leaders in order to bring about fair and honest government.
The future of Pennsylvania lies in government reform. Reforming antiquated laws that disenfranchise Monroe County. Standing up to billion dollar corporations and limiting their influence in campaigns and government. Fostering an environment that creates jobs, encourages education, and protects workers rights.
There are plenty of politicians in Harrisburg looking out for the billion dollar corporations. The natural gas companies, health insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies have no problem having their voices heard.
I want to be the voice of hard working Monroe County residents who feel they have no input in government.
