That's why he's focused, first as a Supervisor in London Grove Township and now as a State Representative, on protecting and growing jobs in the county, reducing property taxes, cutting wasteful spending and reforming government.
In Tom's first term as a state Representative, he has been hard at work pushing for legislation that will improve the 13th district and Pennsylvania. Tom introduced a bill to eliminate School Property Taxes (HB 1966) and fought to increase basic education funding, preventing our school boards from having to raise property taxes for the first time in years.
